Shipping & Returns

All items will be processed within 2-5 business days. Hand painted items will be made to order within 14 days of purchase.

Online orders are sent during business hours between Monday and Friday.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business days.
 
Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved.


Domestic Orders

DORO uses Australia Post service for domestic delivery.

International Orders

DORO uses Australia Post Air Mail Track and Pack service for international delivery.The customer must be responsible for any import duties or taxes applicable on the international parcel.

No refund on international orders

Depending on Country International shipping may vary. Estimated price is $20-40 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen goods or any delay in postage. 


Tracking Your Order

Upon the completion of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email outlining the details of your order. This message will include a tracking number with information on how to track your parcel through the Australia Post website.

DORO does not take responsibly for lost or stolen parcels.


Refunds & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your DORO garments you can send them back for a full refund or exchange within 7 days.  No exchange on sale items. 

Returned items will only be accepted if they are in their original condition. Items will not be accepted if they have been worn, altered, damaged or washed. 

Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from original date of delivery. 

Returns must be posted with registered Australia Post. DORO does not cover return postage. 

Please email hello@dorodorodoro.com for a return id number before returning your item/s. 
We will contact you once your product is received and exchange/ refund is proceeded.
